Perhaps we have different ideas of what the term “color blind” means. The first time I recall hearing the term in relation to race was in the En Vogue song Free Your Mind “free your mind and the rest will follow, be color blind don’t be so shallow”. I took it to mean that you should treat people as individuals, not based on the color of their skin. Is that wrong?
